Inspection and Testing

The eBI Manufacturing Service Group is an additional resource to ensure a faster and easier supply chain and enhanced quality control. From scanning electron microscope (SEM) to chemical analysis, eBI-CMG manufacturing service group has many qualified National Laboratories and engineering firms who specialize in diagnostic services required during the production process. The service group helps to identify root causes of production quality issues, and therefore, speeds-up the quality improvement process.

These service providers include:
Tsinghua University with 8 National Labs, 255 sets of analytical equipment
Academic Sinica, Metal Material Research Institute
Chinese National Standards Bureau
Great Wall Industry Institute of International Standards
Shanghai Metallurgical Research Institute
Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co.
